Inuyama Castle is the oldest wooden castle in Japan located in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture.

In Japan, the moon is said to be most beautiful in autumn.

I researched and predicted the coordinates where the moon would overlap with the castle, and used a 600mm lens to shoot the moon climbing behind the castle.

The full moon taken at that time of year was moderately cloudy, which made for an impressive photo.
