In the context of Buddhism, Karuna is defined as empathy and compassionate caring expressed as a wish for others and oneself to be free of suffering, leading to action to help relieve suffering.
I think all artists in some way wish to alleviate suffering through their art. Getting into the zone while working is a temporary break from the existential weight we all face every day, and providing that art to the world after finishing it is a chance for others to absorb it and connect with the feeling the artist had while making it. At least that's the ideal, ha.
I hope this piece pulls you in and temporarily alleviates any suffering you're feeling through the dance of music, colors, and shapes.
