The Island

This is a huge multiple shot panorama, taken at sunrise in Menorca. When you are at ground level at this time of day, it is not possible to see how the light is 150 metres above you so when I launched my drone, flew it out to sea and turned it back towards me, I knew that I was about to capture something truly special. Given how gorgeous the light was looking, I felt that I had to push the boundaries and try to capture the island from edge to edge, which meant taking 70+ images and praying that they would stitch together when I post processed. Thankfully (after a very long processing time) it did and this is the finished image.
