This art depicts the myth of of three beautiful sisters, who were turned into stones by their over- protective father who was a wizard, from a threatening beast, using his magic wand. Though the father succeeded in safeguarding his daughters along with himself by turning into a Lyre bird, he lost his magic wand during the tussle; leaving behind her daughters as stone mountains with mere hopes of recovering their human forms by their father.
While the Lyre bird hovering over the mountain is still believed to be searching for the magic wand; vivid distribution of colors on the stones during those shiny days are meant to be reflections of desperate rays of hope left in the 3 pairs of beautiful eyes.
