During the Perseid meteor shower we were lucky enough to have a clear moonless night so in the pitch black I ventured out to the Jurassic coast shoreline to St. Aldhelm's Chapel which is perched not too far from the edge of a cliff.
I was lucky enough to have spotted many meteors whizzing by in the night sky during that evening but none matched this huge green fireball flying through the heart of the Milkyway.
