Awakened Dream

From the remote lands of Karakoram. A glacial lake, hidden in the middle of humongous mountains. A place that I thought only existed in dreams. This type of magic, it drives my passion and keeps me going.

After 7 days of trekking and climbing, all those hard times and close calls I had on my way just vanished in a heartbeat. Standing there only made me realise how blessed and lucky I am to have the strength and resources to travel to these kind of locations. Truly a life changing moment for me as a photographer and as a human being. And once again I remind myself of how tiny we and our problems are compared to the universe.
