A creation and variation of the dessert "Red Velvet"

This canvas was created using real food and was entirely edible upon creation which includes: charcoal red beet cake with sweet beet puree, burnt beet puree, white chocolate ganache, blackberry, roasted beet cylinders and wild violets. It tasted of subtle sweet earthy notes. I got the inspiration for this dish & canvas from a combination of street graffiti and abstract art galleries.
