Cloudy days might bring some people down, but not myself. Cloudy days are just "moody" days which are often great for photography when travelling through Alberta.
This was a perfect "moody" day in Jasper National Park where the clouds hung over the forests and a foreboding storm hovered over the cold mountains. I'm in love with the dichotomy of this photo, the power of the mountains controlling the weather with the gentle clouds above the forest.
