I'll go and get some help

It was 4 in the morning and her water broke. She was screaming her lungs out, so we drove to the nearest hospital in Dolan. It was an hour's drive so I called our parents and relatives as well and asked them to come, this was going to be our first child so help was definitely needed. We had gotten her tests done last week and the doctor said she was due for February so we weren't honestly expecting it to be this early.

The visibility was low, and there was snow everywhere, but I could make out the road and the signs and the barrier, everything was so hazy and quiet, I didn't see a single car all along. It was very weird.

We were doing 70 and I had my feet firm on the brake pedal, I know I was going fast but then I saw something on the road, something that came running towards us. I am telling you, it was not human.

We flipped twice, I said to her, 'I'll go and get some help'. She wasn't there when I came back, I never saw my wife again.

That's all I remember, officer.
