Projection mapping of the Calligrafuturism artwork on the abandoned "Green Roshya" Hospital in Ekaterinburg.
Project explores the forms and formats of integrating the calligraphic pattern into the urban environment - changing the context of the space and taking it out of the local environment and meanings.
No wonder, this work exists only in digital format, building its own mythology and associations.
Separated from the real address and history, the building looks monumental, slightly mysterious and mystical. Therefore, the pattern that permeates this cascade of empty spans and improvised columns is torn out of a foreign culture - and carries our thoughts towards the beautiful oriental palaces.
An abandoned hospital in Yekaterinburg on 8 March Street, 78 - a place that has burned 5 times this year alone.
Only the light was on there tonight.
