Water No. 46 by Marc Hemeon

Water No. 46 was first created as a physical painting, oil on canvas 48" x 60" (121cm x 152cm) , in September 2021 based off of sketches and imagery captured by the artist.

Water No. 46 is a homage to the artists three children and captures feelings of security, trust and stability. This piece represents the peace and serenity available to us after we weather the storms of life and a reminder of the resilience we have as human beings.

Artist Statement: "This piece is imbued with the feeling of hope. I thought about my children over and over when I created this, mentally sending them messages that they are loved and they are enough. I hope any who view this work feel hope and support so they can persevere through whatever life is throwing at them. This piece is dedicated to Maren, Kaili and Vaughn."
