City of Grids

Barcelona is a city that’s stunning from any viewpoint, but you can truly appreciate its character when seeing it from above. During my short time there, I became fascinated by the symmetrical grids of the city and knew I had to capture them.

Due to the strong magnetic interference in the city, my drone disconnected from its remote for over 10 minutes while attempting to take this photo.

After a minor panic attack and fearing I had lost all of the recent photos from my Europe trip, the drone reconnected and returned with this photo.
