His name is Francisco Xavier Santagata. He is a descendent of the Amazonian Tribe Apurina. He was orphaned at birth and taken in by a Santo Daime Ayahuasca community in a place called Mapia in the amazon.

He grew up very sick for most of his childhood. At age 10 he suffered from a accidental explosion, 90% of his body suffered 3rd degree burns. They gave him an intense physical treatment as well as ayahuasca everyday for 6 months. He recovered fully with no leftover marks.

Now he is living in a small town Lumiar, Rio de Janeiro He continues to be a driving force in his community. His adversity has made him a very strong person. A very happy and joyous individual. Though under the age of 30 he has a wisdom beyond his years . Xavier continues to be an inspiration to all that cross his path and get to know his story.
