Icarus (Ἴκαρος)

A modern take on the Greek legend of the boy with waxwings: the son of master craftsman Daedalus, Icarus flew too close to the sun. His wings melted, plummeting him to earth...

The curious all journey close to the sun at certain times. Understanding our limits is an inevitable aspect of life.

Digital Painting compiled frame-by-frame.
