Samu-El, the king of the underworld. From the Elektro Shogun collection. Neo-York has been growing to unthinkable heights, stacking up layer after layer. While educated class moved to the new higher levels, Samu-El stayed behind in the lower levels, taking forsaken kids under his wing, building his army and creating his own shadow kingdom.
