Queen of the North

This female grizzly bear (brown bear) stood on the shore of the Fishing Branch River as she watched for salmon. The Fishing Branch River is located in the Ni‘iinlii Njik Territorial Park & Wilderness Preserve, just south of the Arctic Circle, about 60-km from Old Crow, Yukon.
