The 3rd piece in a series of different zen masters in different places.
The Jungle Zen Master has meditated a lot longer than the other Zen Masters in this series, which is why it has the power to float. The pure white skin is a result of meditating through eons. Its purity has attracted fireflies, like moths to flame.
Every Zen Master takes care of an object: the Beach Zen Master carefully balances rocks on itself; the Lava Zen Master carries a small fire flower native to the high volcanoes where it resides.
In the hands of the Jungle Zen Master sits a small bird that Zen Master adopted and now raises. Recently hatched, it plays with the fireflies around it. Its little siblings grow in the crystal-like egg on the Zen Master's head.
The sounds of nature were recorded in the nighttime forest of Doi Kham, a sacred mountain in Chiang Mai.
I hope this piece brings you mindfulness, joy, and your true self.
