Every hyper-advanced creature once living in their primal form & instinct before developing their current physical & psychological state.
A long and complicated process of evolutions is described as the only way to achieve the milestones of extremely advanced & intelligent species.
What if, what if we can skip the time factors and the complicated natural process of evolution just by stepping into a portal, but in order to take control of the power of ultimate technology, you need to sacrifice blood?

Modernity always has been spectacularly violent and blood is the main catalyst of technology & progressions.
