Luscious Pears

Luscious Pear is my largest still life oil painting captures the beauty of the stillness and tranquility. Pears symbolise virgin and child, as well as immortality in the ancient Chinese belief. The flow of honey on the pears emphasises their sweetness but also signify transience.

This painting was featured on Australian reality television series called 'The Block 2019. (House and apartment renovation TV show)

This is the high resolution digital record of my original oil painting on canvas. The actual dimensions of the painting is 100 x 100 cm.
