Diegesis means: The (fictional) world in which the situations and events narrated occur. Thus, the narrator is the one who tells the story. He is the one in charge of presenting the actions and thoughts of the characters to the audience or readers involved. How to empathize in such dissimilar universes where each person has a truth built to his own measure? Is our world a territory controlled by fictions?
