Lunar Lookout

This second release in my "Lookout" series is actually a predecessor of the first. In planning and capturing this single-exposure photograph, I was exposed to a new, more analytical side of my craft; never before had precision been so important to the end result. But this photo doesn't exist just to demonstrate a technique. I'm drawn to the contrasts between Moon and fire tower: big vs. small, enduring vs. fleeting, in motion vs. static. It's a theme so compelling to me that I revisit it all the time with different towers and various celestial bodies.
