On that day, in January 2017, I wandered inside Complex 7215 also known as the Atomic Command Headquarters, a disused military facility located in the Kampinos National Park in Poland.
This facility was to serve as a command post for the Warsaw Pact in the event of a nuclear war.
A moment later, in the spring of 2017, the above-ground part of the complex was demolished, and the entrances to the underground bunker and underground parking halls were tightly walled up, preventing access by people, and the facility itself was adapted as a habitat for bats.
The site has been unavailable since then.
