Digital, AI. 2020.

From the "secrets are sweetest" series. What is the role of trauma in the human experience? Who are we without ever tasting it? Is pain integral to the development of empathy? Even so, is it a greater moral good to remove it, given the ability?

What does uncertainty evoke in us? Does mystery serve a purpose, if most everything could be revealed by the AI-Assisted mind? What do you feel inside, thinking of the possibility? Should transhumanism seek to remove trauma and uncertainty?

Innocence is lack of knowledge, and AI will provide nearly limitless knowledge. What will an AI-assisted/transhuman child look like? What will innocence mean? Will we still value it, or will it become outdated? What will we value instead?
