Watching the World Turn

One of my most memorable nights in New Zealand, a successful night which almost wasn't. A thick fog had engulfed the town, so I decided to hike up Mt. John, and much to my delight managed to break out through the cloud. Watching the milky way rise above the fog was an incredible experience.
