One good thing about living in the UK is that you are never more than a couple of hours from the sea. This image is slightly different though. A two hour drive as promised, but an additional two hour walk from the car park to get to this location. High tide and being cut off from the mainland for a couple of hours is what's required to get this long exposure shot of the groynes being enveloped by the sea.
