9 Wheels of Strength

Dehydration, hunger and anxiousness, as well as dedication, discipline and strength; this is what each bodybuilding and fitness competitor experiences in the lead up to that one day where their efforts are put on display for the world to see.

Each wheel is made up of a single portrait that has been expertly lit to accentuate the subject's form. That image is then duplicated and rotated to create a mandala, flower or fire-work.

As a still photographic artwork, this image has been awarded internationally. It was the artists vision to have this artwork animated.

Benjamin Liew is a multi-disciplinary professional photographer based in Adelaide, Australia and has received international recognition for his photographic stills photography. This animated art piece is the first of it's kind that he has created.
