Eclipse no.1

Eclipse no.1

Original photography of the crescent sun as it slowly progressed from partial to annular eclipse obscuring the lights and darkening the shadows over the tropical monsoon sky.

This total eclipse on a midday noon when the sun reaches its apparent highest point in the sky is a rare natural phenomenon that is mysterious and extraordinary in itself, all beyond imagination.

Limited NFT Edition of 1.

Eclipse is part of the theme, Into the Monsoon Mystery, in which the artist takes a visual journey to narrate myth and superstition that deeply rooted in the monsoon culture of southern Thailand and Malayu Peninsular into contemporary art and abstraction.

All by Noia Stiratna Damampai, an abstract expressionist, photographer, and storyteller.
