Quiet Anticipation

As a landscape photographer you are never guaranteed good conditions, on this morning the weather report looked promising and I was really hopeful for an explosion of color over Mount Inglismaldie in Banff National Park. Waiting patiently for some color, all I could hear was the loons calling over the lake. The color never came, but the clouds opened up just enough for the mountain to peek out and let me come away with something.
