Capitol Reef is Utah’s most underrated National Park - and my favorite. Although it has fewer visitors than the other parks, it still boasts some amazing unique features. Since I only had one day to spend in the park, I started the day by driving down the park’s main road to see the sights. As I reached the end and turned to head back the view was even better! Because of the low traffic, I was able to get out of the car and take pictures out in the middle of the road. Even though this was shot at mid-day, the dramatic cloud cover created great lighting.
