Lupine Country

#2 of my New Zealand series.

Lupines, an undeniably beautiful family of flowering plants, that bloom each spring in parts of New Zealand. Exploring various regions of the countryside, I was lucky enough to encounter a field of these pink and purple picturesque flowers right in time for sunset as the clouds started to mirror the colors of the flowers. This image to me represents the tranquil, yet stunning countryside of South Island, New Zealand.
