Virtue Points

Virtue Points explores the absurdity of the amount of virtue signaling found online, and exposes the fake woke, a term coined by Tom MacDonald. The burning buildings is a visual ramification of the cancel culture. My image for this particular piece shows a rewards card for virtue points redeemable for being fake and woke whilst online to purchase goods. This is a mixed media collage, that I then broke down into individual pieces ran it thru Ai. To get the paint to the point I felt each piece looked cohesive. Then rebuilt it as a single cohesive work of art.
