A blipping light on a barren rock, the city that was built out of necessity in hopes of a better future, or any kind of future. It was imagined as a sanctuary, welcoming anyone who is willing to follow the rules, a bargain for anyone who has no choice. But every system has flaws, and whoever questions the rules might reveal a dark past.
