Wash my soul (Myanmar, 2016)

This shot was taken in Yangon, Myanmar. It was the beginning of the Monsoon season and severe showers constantly forced me to find shelter in local shops and pagodas. In one of these moments, I saw a smiling monk sharing his umbrella with a boy. The small umbrella was barely covering them, but the monk was extremely happy to share it with someone else. That image touched me deeply, as it clearly portrays the happiness and kindness of the people I met in that country.
