Dryad

A Dryad (/ˈdraɪ.æd/; Greek: Δρυάδες, sing.: Δρυάς) is a tree nymph or tree spirit in Greek mythology. It was believed that they lived only as long as the trees they inhabited.

This artwork depicts how their presences have an ethereal influence on the equilibrium of ancient woodlands, and it keeps you wonder how mysterious and high-spirited the Universe can be.

This is a unique artwork and the second piece of the "Mythology" Series.
