Allegory of the Planets and Continents

Matteo Mauro dreamt of a diptych to magically capture the dynamic drama and dark passion of Tiepolo's late Baroque painting; Allegory of the Planets and the Continents. A painting of joy and despair, that revolves around a central starlight, the Sun carried by Apollo. These creations exemplify the evolution of technological art practices and the inevitable symbiosis between the man and machine, the classical and hyper-contemporary.
