Last piece of the collection "THE ISLAND". This time we moved to the most iconic place of the island of Tenerife, El Teide. El Teide is a volcano that stands 3718 meters above sea level. This volcano makes the island of Tenerife is ranked number 10 of the highest islands in the world. The name "Teide" is of "Guanche" origin. The Guanches were the aborigines who inhabited the islands until the Castilian conquest. For me this is undoubtedly the most special place on the island.
