Glacial Origins

A lonely mountain stands between two glaciers in the Swiss Alps, where a glacial river is born with beautiful turquoise tones. My friend Jabi and I spent several hours shooting on this location looking for a golden sunrise colors, but instead that we got a very moody morning with some fog and dramatic clouds. The good point is that a glacial river creates many gorgeous foregrounds along its way, like this beautiful sand patterns which I had to focus stack.
