Dark Places

A hidden gully provides a spectacular outlook over the night sky.

After an hour scrambling around steep rock faces in the freezing dark, I stumbled across this hidden gully. Reaching the bottom I looked around and everything seemed to line up like magic. Then, after an hour or so, a meteor shot across the night sky.
