BATTER UP
Dimithry Victor, 2021 — on Foundation
Description
This character is one of the many from the fantasy land I created where hardships and stereotypes that are associated with black people are seen as extravagant and beautiful. All the paintings in this style are scenes from this world. In this painting, a young boy is shown throwing an object during a riot.
