Hanging Man

This is a painting about my mental health being torn apart by the situation that I found myself during my deployment. It's a piece about what it feel's like to be truly trapped and how I felt as I was trapped. The face of the painting is sculpted acrylic paint, ox hair, and a few other odds and ends that I found. I love this painting more than any other I've ever created because I think that the message of this piece can be understood without a lengthy explanation.
