2018-2019 was a very rough period of time for me. I was struggling to get my career off the ground, living with parents, and my mental health was at it's lowest point. However, I was lucky to be living in my favorite place: the Blue Ridge Mountains. This piece is based on the Thunder Ridge overlook in Buchanan, VA, a place that I would visit to be alone and clear my mind, and it gave me that tiny bit of inspiration to keep pushing forward.
