Cow Skull & The Super Blood Wolf Moon

I painted this the weekend of January 20th, 2019. It was right after the MAGA teen got in the face of a indigenous elder. I was so pissed. I'm originally from the southwest so I wanted to do a tribute painting for Nathan Phillips. It also happened to be the weekend of a super blood wolf moon. I later learned, a similar moon occurred March 1, 1504 and Christopher Columbus used this moon to manipulate indigenous people. Centuries later and indigenous people are still disrespected..do better
