World on Fire

Growing up, I dreamed of living in Southern California. I never fit in with people in my hometown, so when I had the opportunity to leave I took it.

Moving to San Diego and discovering photography changed my life. It was a means of exploration and I spent many evenings on beaches waiting for the sun to set so I could capture it.

This particular evening, the sky lit up and the entire coastline turned to flames. It was at that moment I realized I had made it and my dream had finally come true.
