Originally from China pelmeni (meat dumplings) wandered across Siberia for three centuries and in the 19th century found their homeland in the Urals.
Now this dish of traditional cuisine is the same symbol of our city Yekaterinburg - a borderland between Europe and Asia - like the first Russian President Boris Yeltsin who was born here and the last Russian Tsar Nicholas II who died here.
The collector will also receive the artifact itself – the ambrotype (10x15 cm).
