This is a shot that it took me a very long time to get. The Milkyway isn't normally in this spot when there is snow on the mountains, but an early season snowstorm gifted me with this unique opportunity.
I spent three nights at this location in quite cold temperatures, waiting for clouds to clear or wind to calm down. The first and second nights were filled with mixed clouds, and windy conditions. At about midnight the third and last night, the stars aligned, and I got my shot.
