Inversion

This work is part of the series "Contradictions". The work features an ordinary hammer made of wooden handle and metal head. The head pierced with iron nails articulate the contradiction of mind. The star shaped halo placed behind the metal head mimics an ambience of divinity. Marcel Duchamp’s use of found objects, humor, dead-pan irony and textual punning were my inspirations while working on this series.
