Signs of Life

This photo was taken during my first trip to Dead Horse Point in Southeast Utah. I arrived early, searching for an interesting composition before finally settling on this pinion pine and shrub that perfectly framed the ancient riverbend below. Finally, a warm sunset emerged to bathe the entire scene in golden light.
