This painting is a 9 x 10 grid of blocks, the animation is a selection of rows from it, suggesting rising and falling levels of liquid in the centers of each subject.

My work compares and contrasts the beauty of individual subjects through the use of multiples, and here as a linear animation, gentle movement has materialized.
