Frozen Lights

Seeing the Aurora for the first time ever left me literally frozen in place. I could not believe my eyes gazing upon the dancing greens in the sky.

This photo was taken on the second night of my first ever trip to Alaska, staying at a lodge a ways outside of Fairbanks. We weren't expecting to see any dancing lights on that night but we were greeted with a beautiful sight! You will never forget the first time you see those lights in the sky!
