The Galileo Cycle : Frequency

1440 x 1080 :55

Simple Harmonic Motion results in an oscillation which, if uninhibited by friction or any other dissipation of energy, continues indefinitely.

The Galileo Cycle works represent opposing visions of the human/moon connection. Inspired by The Nebra Sky disc (1600 B.C.), the cycle reflects the unconscious attraction and pull of the mystery of the heavenly body.

The opposing lunar cycles of the conscious and unconscious are represented by this digital work.
